What’s your favorite feature in Sprout’s Advanced Listening? How do you implement it in your workstreams? 

I love that I can have emails sent to me if there’s a big increase in conversation. It’s a great way to know if something is happening without needing to constantly refresh the listening page! 


I’m also interested in this topic! We haven’t committed to Sprout’s Advanced Listening yet because we couldn’t justify the price increase for the value we’d get out of it. I’m curious to hear how others are using it!
