@emily.hough I’ve done both myself! Which are you loving more? Anything you miss about the brand side? I will say I go back and forth myself about agency pace and brand pace, sometimes I miss the craziness but sometimes I really don’t haha.

Our video team is primarily focused on YouTube, with a weekly commitment of videos where we act as a quasi-influencer for our own game. Any time outside of that regular video commitment they function as a support arm for our social media team (making more complex, effects/editing-heavy videos beyond the skill of our social media managers to go out on TikTok, Instagram & Twitter) and for the brand (supporting partnerships, recruitment, and general marketing goals).

We’re a small team overall, with just two full-time video producers and two full-time social media managers, so there’s a lot of overlap in general to help achieve our targets.

Hi everyone! I am a social media specialist for a global software company that helps industrial companies run their operations safer, greener, longer and faster. I am new to Sprout, based in Massachusetts and have been working in social media for 3+ years.

My favorite summer activity is relaxing on the beach with a good book and some corn hole boards.

I’m originally from Fishers, IN but I now reside in Washington, D.C. where my company is headquartered. My favorite summer activity is to spend time in the sun with friends.

Good day everyone! I’m Jennifer. I work for Gragg Advertising, an agency based in Kansas City, Missouri. I’m the brand new Manager for Social Media. We work with traditional clients but our base is mostly made up of clients in the education industry. When I’m not working, I love cycling, cooking, movies and music. Also, can’t beat Chiefs football and Sporting Soccer!

Hi, I’m Edmund. I work for a Vancouver, Canada-based company called Methanex, and I’m the Senior Communications Specialist. I’m new to corporate social media (6 months in role), and the social media aspect is actually just a small part of what I do, so I rely on the folks at Sprout and an external agency I work with to help. I took on this role because I wanted to learn some new skills, and the world of social media is a lot more complex than just posting memes, sadly. I live near the ocean, so regardless of the season, I’m usually spending some time walking by the water, listening to the rhythm of the waves coming and going. Also @KaraGooch I grew up in the 80s with a Nintendo, and my favourite game all-time is still either Final Fantasy 4 (called Final Fantasy 2 in NA), or Dragon Quest 4. But I still love playing games to this day! ^^
