It seems like all the extra things Sprout does are always geared at an American audience. All the webinars you do are during times that are after the workday finishes in Europe. This means that none of your European customers can join live and benefit from asking questions, connecting with people in the comments and etc. In addition, this year’s Giveaway Extravaganza emails were sent at 4:30pm in the UK, which would be 5:30 or even 6:30pm in Europe. By the time we’ve seen the email the next day, the competition of the day is already closed. So again, we can’t participate. I also assume you’re not shipping prizes internationally, so we wouldn’t be able to claim anything even if we do win. In which case you could at least exclude us from emails that aren’t relevant.

It genuinely feels like we’re missing out on so much and are overlooked as a customer group.

Hi @mihaela.stefanova - thank you so much for reaching out, and for sharing this feedback. We hear you - unfortunately, we are bound by various legal restrictions that make it challenging for us to extend giveaway prizes to our non-US members. We would LOVE to be able to extend them to more global audiences, and are actively trying to identify ways to do that. The emails couldn't be geographically-based since many members haven't entered their geographical location, so we don’t always know where they are located. All this being said, I want to assure you that we hear you loud and clear - and our global members such as yourself are just as important to us as our US-based members. Please know that we’re working hard to extend the Arb’s experiences and benefits to all members across the globe. Appreciate your patience as we work through this. Thank you for being a member of the Arb, for caring enough to share your candid feedback - you make this community a better place! 🫶🏽
