Facebook Ads Glitch

Anyone else having issues with Facebook ads keep changing their targeting locations to their entire United States. I select my cities and radius and I submit the ads but after I hit submit it changes the targeting to the entire united states. This has happened across multiple clients for me.

It might be due to Advantage+ audience. It lets you use Meta’s advanced AI to find your campaign audience. But

you can still limit where ads should be delivered, e.g., excluding ages or locations, by setting Audience controls. It might be worth trying that out and setting your geographical limitations.

Yes that happened to me last week for the first time! Thought we were going crazy and missed something, so good to know this seems to be a glitch. Hopefully it’s resolved soon!

Make sure you’re switching to “use original audiences”

I’m having a similar problem, but instead of audiences, it keeps adding a “send message” CTA, even after I click remove… super frustrating.
