Hi all, I work for an NGO and recently had our Twitter ads account made ineligible to run ads as I posted an advert warning civilians of explosives in Ukraine but this has flagged up as inappropriate.
I’ve been in touch with Twitter Ads support, who said if I remove the violating content then they will review and unblock the account so I’ve deleted the ad that has been flagged on the account and asked them to review but the same standard email ‘please remove the violating content and we will review’ keeps coming back.
I haven’t run any other ads for a while before so it definitely is this one advert that is flagging on the system. Anyone able to offer any other advice??
