Desired Experience/Qualifications:

  • You love creating social media content and have a basic knowledge of what works for which platforms.

  • You are proficient in design software (Adobe, Canva) and social scheduling tools (we use Sprout Social).

  • You manage time and deadlines independently in a remote/hybrid work environment.

  • You value learning and are excited to become proficient in new systems quickly.

  • You have a design portfolio (from school and/or work projects) and a writing sample.

  • You are a creative thinker with lots of ideas!

  • Positive communicator in person, on the phone, and online. You know how to write concise, focused emails that are always positive.

  • You look for the solution without blaming or complaining.

  • You like to try new things and don't beat yourself up if your designs don't work out or need multiple revisions.

 

Tasks:

  • Complete social media content creation and scheduling on multiple social platforms for various clients, creating content consistent with their brand style with copywriting focused on their audience's needs.

  • Various (mostly design related) projects including but not limited to print design, ad design and implementation, email newsletters, merch design and ordering, event planning, analytics tracking/reporting, promotional initiatives, funnel building.

  • Assist with on-site content shoots.
