Managing Map Listings

Hello all! Does anyone have any platforms or recommendations on process to manage online map listings (Google, Bing, Apple, Waze)? My company is opening training centers in specific regions, but they aren’t staffed like our corporate office is. I’m having trouble getting the listings approved since there isn’t a dedicated phone number and all the mail forwards to one address.
