Shameless plug here: I put together a monthly newsletter via email and LinkedIn that touches on platform feature changes/updates, best practices, industry research & reports, good long-form reads and listens, etc. I regularly draw from insights from Rachel Karten (Link in Bio), Lia Haberman (ICYMI with Lia Haberman) and Jack Appleby (Future Social) who all craft their own really high-quality newsletters around social. For platform changes specifically, Annie Mai-Hodge does a weekly Wednesday list drop on LI that is fantastic. A+ follow. Big fan of “This Week in Social” videos that Jonathan and Laura put out here in The Arb

Anything by Matt Navarra is always updated fairly quickly if you follow him on Threads or LinkedIn. He has a weekly newsletter that breaks down everything going on each week: https://geekout.mattnavarra.com/ 

Also, Taylor Lorenz has a great podcast called Power User https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/power-user-with-taylor-lorenz/id1733535260 that is geared more towards social media politics and news. 

Both are great places to start.
