Repetitive Comments and Replies

I’m in the healthcare industry and I want to improve the way I write comments and replies on LinkedIn and Facebook. I feel like my replies are repetitive, and I’d love advice on how to improve that or work on that, also how do you keep replies on Facebook and LinkedIn sounding natural instead of templated?
