Hi there,
Does anyone know if comments from Youtube ads stream into Sprout’s inbox?

No, they do not - I hope it is in the future. I have to do this manually in YT platform. I have been with other platforms and they have this ability so Im hoping its coming asap. Manually in YT is just too time consuming
