Hi all! We are having trouble finding data on our Facebook events. When we view it in the Meta Business Suite, it just shows a --- instead of an actual number. Is there any way to find the actual number, or does Meta not track event data?
You can click “Professional Dashboard” on your account’s page and then “Events” and it’ll give you some insights but definitely not enough. We don’t even factor those insights into our reporting because it’s so minimal and takes extra effort.

Hey Stefanie! Yeah, it definitely doesn’t show much. We can still only see a -- instead of actual data there unfortunately, even though we know there should be a number there. Thank you!

It is extremely frustrating! I completely understand. I wish we could see the full data instead of a lot of --. Would help us measure if the work we’re putting in is worth it.
