Furthermore the reports on clicks and additional analysis of UTMs that we currently do, I would like to detect how our social media interactions with potential customers influence our pipeline. For example, if we receive a comment on LinkedIn in a post, and that person is a partner or potential customer
- Can Sprout tell they are a partner?
- Is that a KPI I can report on using the tool?
Connecting Hubspot wasn’t useful because it’s more geared toward the Service module(tickets), that’s not our type of org.
Any best practices or knowledge you can share is useful! Right now we’re doing it manually :(
