I received some demeaning comments on a recent Facebook post, which I decided to delete, and I also banned the users who posted them. However, I think I may have accidentally banned a user who had left a positive comment, as he has informed me that he can no longer see our profile.
Could you please tell me where I can find the list of banned users and how I can unblock him?

+6whoopsie! It happens. Glad to see Max jump in with support. In the future, you might want to consider reporting the user… when you go through that process, you get the option to delete the comment too, but then Facebook gets a record of all the times you (and maybe other admins) have reported them and FB can take action to remove their account for all.
