Our organization had a rep from Twitter until last year. Now that they have re-branded, we’re needing an X rep to support our business needs/social strategy. We have had an X “rep” contact us via email - does anyone know the process for X offering that support so we can confirm this person is legitimate? 

They’ve got sales reps but not sure about support. I’m going to guess that you need to be a paying customer for them to give you the time for day. I heard that doesn’t even always help.
