I started at my company almost a year ago but started after the Marketing Manager left the company. We still have access to the Facebook account with a few admins who have full control but trying to get her off as the account owner has been impossible to this point. I have made the requests, which say they have gone to her but she must not have used her work email because our IT doesn’t see it. She also claims that she doesn’t see it either when we have reached out. I have tried to email support (you can probably guess how that went!) and am stuck on what to do next!
If anyone has had similar experiences and can advise on what I should try next that would be appreciated!
