I am trying to assign an employee to one of our Facebook pages but they aren’t receiving the invite to join our account. Has anyone had this issue before? They have their email notifications turned on, it's not in their junk inbox… so I have no clue why they aren’t receiving the invite to join. Thanks!

I was having issues inviting people - depending on their level of access you may have to have another admin go in and approve the request before the invitation can be sent. It should appear under “requests” in your business manager settings.
