Hi all, I’m having some trouble getting an employee access to our Facebook page. I’ve set them up through our business account with their email, they received the invite to join the page and they got through. However, the page isn't showing up when they log into their personal page under Profile or Pages. They have full control of the page, so I’m not sure what else I need to do to get the page to show up. They even went back to the email invite and it says they have already accepted it and redirects them back to Facebook. Any advice? Thanks!

Do you have “2-factor authentication required” turned on for your Business Manager account and does the team member have 2-FA turned on? This is the issue I run into the most. 

Also, because they are technically in your Business Manager account, they should have the requirements to open a chat with Facebook support: https://www.facebook.com/business/help
