Hello can someone help to get my Facebook Page verified?

We have tried 3 times but have been rejected without any reason. We've had a number of fake accounts set up in our name so we want to get verified asap as our customers are being asked to share their personal details.

The issue I think is that we were set up by the UK government and do not have any articles of incorporation, only the Order and Rules that were issued in the Pensions Act 2008, which we have supplied. Any thoughts how we can get verified?

And we don’t have a FB Account Manager as we don’t advertise enough.
