Hi all!
Has anyone had any luck contacting someone at Instagram for help with an account that they no longer have access to? Long story short - I was recently hired to manage their marketing and the account this company had appears to be associated with a non-work email. We’ve tried multiple ways of accessing to no avail. I’ve tried through Meta and can see the account and ID was once connected, but it no longer is.
We’re ready to send any kind of letters or proof, but I’m not sure where or who we would send this to. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
