My personal account continues to get invites from brand accounts to join their broadcast channels on Instagram. I haven’t actually joined or created any yet, but they seem like they could potentially be useful tool to get in touch with followers. So, I am asking what everyone else’s experience with this feature is.

Are you a part of any with brands you follow? Have you created any for a brand you manage? What has been your experience? What is the ‘discussion’ like? How easy/ difficult is it to manage? What’s the business case? If you’re not using them, why not? I wanna know the tea!
