Hi everyone! Does anyone have tips for being locked out of an Instagram account due to not receiving the access code to login? They have their password and are able to request a code, but then it never comes through.

They’ve tried deleting + re-downloading their app, attempted logging in on a desktop computer, and have tried to get in touch with Meta but don’t have a POC there. She confirmed it’s her phone number, and is getting the code when she tested her personal IG account, so it’s not an issue with her phone.

Any insight or tips would be greatly appreciated!
