Random spikes in LinkedIn followers?

I manage 5 LinkedIn pages and all follower charts every month look like this and I have no idea why. I checked on LinkedIn and all the growth is organic, not sponsored. So why is it fluctuating so much? Has anyone else come across this? At first, I thought it was because of a particular post, but some of the days we get the biggest spike we don’t have any posts going out.
