Hi all! I have requested verification for my organization, a well-known music conservatory with lots of press that I believe is definitely worthy of the check mark, but keep getting declined. Does anyone have any idea why, and any advice on what I can do? Is there a way to get in contact with an actual person at Facebook to have a conversation about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey @olivia.richter! I’ve heard similar experiences in the past from other people. As far as I know, there is no direct way to contact them specifically about getting verified but if you have a Facebook rep or agency you work with, they may have a more direct line. 

    I hope others have some ideas and solutions, I know it can be frustrating!
