I’m not sure if this was a widespread Meta initiative or not. A few months ago, we were alerted that all inactive users were to be removed from Meta Business Manager account. We emailed all the inactive users, but of course, we know what happened.
Last week, users were removed. Quite a few people want access again, but when signing up, they get this error message: “Something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. You may be able to try again.”
I experienced this once before, and it seemed to resolve itself after about a week. Do you have any other ideas? Was there anything you did to resolve this issue?
I have reached out to our rep, but Meta’s layoffs are happening this week, so I am not hopeful about hearing from them.
