Attention Sprout Financial Services Customers, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We're introducing a new security feature for PII/Data Masking—designed to automatically block sensitive data from view within Sprout. This enhancement is particularly relevant for those of you in the finance industry, and we believe it will add a valuable layer of protection to your social media management.
We are looking for Financial Services Hub members who are interested in participating in a beta test of this feature. Participation is free for the beta period, then will transition to a paid offering after completion. We will provide detailed pricing information well in advance.
Here are some key details to keep in mind when deciding to participate in the beta program:
What is it?
The PII/Data Masking feature, once enabled, will automatically mask Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within Sprout, including phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, Social Security Numbers (SSNs), and credit card numbers. Additional information can be found in the beta guide available here.
What does beta participation entail?
- Participants will have the opportunity to test this new feature prior to its general release.
- We will be collecting feedback from participants via surveys or interviews to understand feature usage and gather insights for future development.
- As this is a beta version, participants may encounter occasional issues. We ask that any bugs or unexpected behavior be reported to us.
Please fill out this short form if you are interested in participating in the Data/PII Masking beta program. A member of the team will then reach out to see if you are a good fit. Feel free to share your questions with me in the thread below.
