I'm interested in how people are finding Twitter since the organisation was gutted and some new features appeared… I don't think it's all bad news, because I am enjoying using undo, and extended length, tweets, for example. However, I see a bunch of bugs that are persistent, and it's a shame to have lost local contacts and various other good parts of the platform (Moments RIP).

I know some people in agency to advise all their clients to leave Twitter. But I work for a not-for-profit who use it daily and very effectively to reach different audiences. How do you view the outlook for Twitter and is it a central part of your social strategy?
