Hello! I work for an agency and we have run into quite a few instances lately with Meta + Google needing two-factor authentication. The problem arises when we are required to add a phone number to an account to create or login. I’m curious - how do other agencies handle this? Do you have a team phone that you connect accounts to? A WhatsApp number? Thank you! 

My team has a shared phone that we use! The only downside is if one person has it off-site for something and we need the two-factor code then we need to call and talk fast. 

There definitely needs to be an easier way for teams to do this, so I’m hoping someone else will have better advice for both of us!


As the social media manager it’s my phone because it’s part of my job responsibilities. We have others on the marketing team but no one should be signing into the accounts to the same frequency that I am.
