+1Good morning lovely people of the Arb! I’ve been running into a glitch with Sprout, and am curious if anyone else has the same issue. When I’m drafting a Facebook post, I’ll attempt to @mention a partner, and the only pages that populate in the drop down menu are pages I’ve recently viewed from my personal Facebook account. Like many of us I’d assume, my personal account is connected indirectly to the business page I manage.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Happy almost Friday!
+3I’ve run into this as well. I’m testing doing at @/pagename for Instagram this week to see if it comes over as a tag! I’ll keep you updated on how that goes. I’ve gotten around this by mobile publishing on Facebook/Instagram as well so I can get the tag in during go-live. Sorry, this isn’t the convenient answer we both want but I hope it helps!
