Hello all! One of my customers from City Government is using Instagram Creator Accounts..mainly to have access to the music for reels. He is curious to know if anyone here has switched from a Creator Account to Business acct. If so, were there noticeable differences in engagement/reach? Is it worth the change so you can schedule and publish through Sprout?
Hi Kelli, I can’t answer on the difference between reach for creator/business accounts. But there is a way around getting the music on a business account. You can have a business account with the capability to auto post on Sprout and get the trending audios by going to “Edit profile” > public business information > category > select “entrepreneur” and that’s it!
