My biggest dislike and what makes me feel most uncomfortable about working in social media. We’ve stopped using it as an organisation and I wonder how many other brands are moving away from active posting?

      We use it a lot less and we created a blusky to hold out name under.

        We are still posting, but rarely are we creating unique content for it. In Sprout, it is just another click to push a Facebook posts to X.

          We haven’t posted on Twitter/X in about 2 (maybe 3!) years.

          We were not getting any sort of meaningful engagement. Our profile is still active for Customer Care purposes. 

          This is why we’ve moved away as well. I just did an audit of competitors and other businesses in our industry, and there isn’t much conversation. As ​@fb.response said, we get that industry community more on LinkedIn.
