Do I *NEED* to connect a client's accounts for the best results?


Hi! I’m still learning the ropes of Sprout. I work for an agency that works with a number of clients. Some of our clients grant us access to their social accounts, while others like to keep their control.

I’ve had time to explore on Sprout a little bit, but I would love to have a list of benefits to having access to a client’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc. versus having minimal access to their accounts.

For example, a client asked us to find the demographics of their followers, but we didn’t yet have access to their accounts. I let them know that we could get them limited information, but would be able to get them a lot more if we had access.

Is there a full list of information available that we would be able to obtain after connecting a client’s accounts to Sprout? Thank you!
