What does social insights mean to you and your organization? What strategies do you use when it comes to understanding performance and audience insights?

Generally speaking, I tend to report on social insights as they relate to our clients’ business goals. If we’re focusing on a specific service, we watch engagement with related content. If we’re looking for signals as to what services are in demand for a certain audience, we publish a variety of content and note where we see engagement. Then, we test related content.
