Hi! I’m starting to use the Targeting feature that Sprout has. I’m doing it for both LinkedIn and Facebook. Have you tried it? Have you noticed any changes when you use it?

I use the Targeting feature for localized content. Prior to using this, I was posting for our entire audience. Our engagement has drastically increased for localized content! I’ve been playing with Location, Locales (language), and Industry. I encourage you to test it out. 


Like ​@nataly.davies said -- local, local, local. My industry is not local, but we have events that are local and it helps to increase engagements reach. 


We post a lot of targeted content on LinkedIn, usually regional based. I’ve seen some good results from targeting our posts whilst also ensuring that the content shared makes sense to our wider followers. 😊
