The best social engagement depends on the audience. For us if we want to target our B2B audience, LinkedIn works best for us. Company culture and positive sentiment posts always do best for engagement. For B2C engagement, Instagram generates the most activity, especially before and after renovation content.

For our audience, it really depends on the show or event that we’re putting on. For more classical pieces it attracts an older audience and Facebook works well. We’re recently seen a huge growth spike on Instagram thanks to using the right influencers and the programme gearing towards a younger demographic. Instagram is by far our most engaged audience currently though. For live shows, there is still a place for Twitter/X though.

Facebook is our best for paid ads, but LinkedIn is beginning to see increases in engagement.

Goosechase has a similar experience @rhys.jones! LinkedIn is our primary channel for engagement with our B2B audience. Posts that highlight company culture, thought leadership, and behind-the-scenes photos or insights do extremely well and generate far more engagement than Facebook, Instagram, or X.

Thank you to everyone that participated! What a great conversation. And the random winner is… @Jennifer Jones! Look for a private message from me.
