Hey, everyone! I am interested to learn about how your org works cross-functionally with legal. To be blunt, I’m at a startup, and legal and social live pretty far away when it comes to internal structure. There’s no true ‘legal approval process’ for posts -- usually the ‘big posts’ or if there is something in my gut where I’d like to have checked get extra eyes from legal. (Yeah, I know that comes with its own list of pros and cons, each miles long)
But what does it look like for you? Is anyone similar? Or are you reading this in horror? Also, does anyone have favorite resources like courses, articles, certifications, etc. about social media and legal? Would love to hear it all, thanks!
