Our company is undergoing a massive split meaning our 2 primary FB/Meta pages need to be on 2 different business accounts. Is there a way I can transfer/move a FB page to a new business account? I am not finding a lot out there on this! Or getting support help from Meta.

Yes, you can move pages from one business account to another. I would make sure you have multiple admins on both accounts to approve the transfer.
In the new account, you’ll go to Pages → “Add” and then “Add a page”. Typically, it will then go to “Requests” for the current Business Manager owner to review and approve.
I’ve done this multiple times with property acquisitions.
