Whether you're looking to join a group conversation based on shared interests, learn more about the Sprout platform with a few peers or looking to level up your skills with 1:1 connections, get started by enrolling.
Opt in.
When matching is open each month, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join one of that month’s networking options. By opting in, you control where you spend your time and ensure that you’re getting value each and every month you choose to participate.
Get matched.
Once you opt in via email, our advanced AI will match you with other members based on your profile as soon as opt-ins are closed for that month. You'll receive a personalized calendar invite for you and your matched peers to connect. You can accept the invitation or communicate with your match directly to reschedule if necessary. Hate morning meetings? The calendar invite is yours to modify as you see fit.
Start connecting.
We’ll provide prompts and questions to help you get the conversation flowing in your match session. Chat with new people, learn new things and grow your network with like-minded social media professionals during these networking conversations. We hope you build meaningful connections and learn from your peers’ perspectives.
Repeat.
Each month you’ll be invited back for another opportunity for a new match and a new networking conversation on a different topic. Choose a new networking approach, opt into the same again or take a break, it’s up to you.
