Standout moment: launching employee advocacy

My standout career moment recently has been launching my organization’s first employee advocacy program and seeing people get excited about sharing on social! Making it easier for them to get involved with pre-written copy and content to post has been a game changer, and it feels especially good now that we’re at a point that I can shout out our top users, giving us both visibility internally.
