This is my workspace 3 days a week, when I’m in the office - standing desk, looking at the TV screens that run in one of our stores, and couch + cute chair for when you would like to sit somewhere other than your desk. It’s open so sometimes people approach and talk to me as if I’m not working, especially if I’m working on socials via my phone. Does anyone have recommendations on how to make it clear that you’re occupied when you’re working in an open office environment?

Look at all you brave souls sharing your work spaces. No one and I really mean NO ONE wants to see mine right now when I’m finishing reporting on awareness month. But I aspire to this level of organized.

Hahaha, This is why I took my photo from further away to hide the absolute chaos that is my desk right now.

I always have my favorite things nearby … a dinosaur (with a quote from JFK that says, “As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.”), a picture of my (now retired) horse, and a butterfly candle. It’s easy to glance over during stressful days and smile. :-)

Here is my office set-up. I enjoy my hybrid schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Two screens (or 3 if I use my laptop) and the iPad are essential to keep my productivity moving along. I also need at least two beverages on my desk at all times ☕️

I LOVE your clean setup, having a clean space helps me stay focused and even motivated as well!

Here’s my work from home setup, featuring my top 3 essentials for a productive day and good vibes:

  1. LoFi hip hop - I always feel more relaxed and creative when this is on.
  1. At least 2 beverages at all times haha. (One of which is usually caffeinated!)
  2. Dogs for moral support. Also a good foot warmer this time of year haha.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I am in Houston & in-office 3 days a week. What keeps me “creative” and productive is def. the view, lofi beats and my 3 screens. :)

Here’s a picture of my office’s view. During the winter period when we have such limited daylight, being close to such large windows gives me life!! Honestly, daylight keeps me going!

No matter the weather, I can see the mountainside, train tracks, and (usually) green grass outside of the office. My collection of braded cups makes me happy and shows how long I have worked for this great company. The nerf darts are an office staple for a good prank or a silly Friday.

Here’s my WFH setup! I had previously underestimated how important having a nice setup is for working from home. I feel motivated to sit (or stand) at my desk to get my work done. I’m also a part-time music producer/DJ so I spend a lot of time at this desk even into the evening hours so I wanted a space that I feel can spark my creative side. Plants, pops of colors, and of course a cat helps with that too ☺️

Happy working!!

Wow look at that natural light, I LOVE this!!

What a cute a festive setup!!

I decorate my desk every holiday because I’m a Taurus and we love making every place feel like home. When I feel at home I feel more creative! This year the theme was Barbie pink.

I love a decorated desk for the holidays! We put up desk christmas trees yesterday here!

Fellow Taurus here and I relate to this deeply. Love a good theme!! And the mini presents are amazing haha.

Love my home office with great view of the Tetons! I also love going to our new office in Jackson Hole!

I work fully remote, so I enjoy the ability to make my mid-day espressos (today, it’s in my cute mushroom mug!) And I have my nature photo to one side that reminds me to step away and outside when I can. I do need a second screen though, so the Amazon gift card would come in handy! ;-)

This mug is so cute!! Big fan of a mid-day espresso as well. :)

Love the hairless kitty! Mine is attached at the hip during these colder months, makes for a nice working buddy

Deeply untidy, but here it is: My set-up.

I juggle a zillion (7) different brands under one corporate umbrella, so having some cheat sheets for color codes and brand hierarchy are godsends.

But when it comes to motivation, I have two sticky notes: One from my fiancée and one that says, “Relax.” Both remind me to breathe during frustrating moments and to keep my eyes on the important things rather than whatever is making me want to chuck my computer out the window.

the printed color cheat codes are a great idea!

I really need to declutter! Being surrounded by dogs all day is a consolation for being deskridden.

The best work mates! I’m jealous!

Love my home office with great view of the Tetons! I also love going to our new office in Jackson Hole!

Wow, these are both great vibes!! That mountain view is amazing!

My home office! Natural light, a second screen, and a standing desk are all must-haves for me. And plants, of course!

This thread has forced me to clean up my workspace today, and honestly it’s just what I needed. I love my home office space because my husband designed it and built it for me last year! Realizing post-pandemic, I needed a better space to work since I am 80% remote these days, he designed the plans and built it from scratch with my exact ideas in mind.

He painted it this beautiful (and calming) light green that I love and the wooden counter desk area is my favorite part to pull it all together. The left side is mine and the right side is now full of my kids art supplies and games. On sick days, my son will sit next to me while I work and coloring in his coloring books. I think that’s my favorite part that it is a space our family will grow into where the kids will eventually have a space to do their homework.

Side note: Yes Sprout is always open on my desktop regularly and I do use my Arboretum lip balm every day. 😉 My kiddos hand painted ‘Mom’ box and their photos on my desk bring me joy and motivation.

This is the workspace of somebody who became a grandma unexpectedly last week (baby was 6 weeks early!). Therefore, food/scrunchies/some weird bell thing cover my desk today as I try to catch up on my work 😂

Congratulations @Emm at Brew! 🎉

How has becoming a grandmother changed your perspective on work?

It hasn’t. Becoming a mother did, though, as I was very young. It’s an interesting question - would becoming a grandfather change your perspective on work? (please correct me on pronouns if required).

This is my at-home setup. It is super simple but has everything I need. I am on calls for a majority of the day so I love being next to my holiday decor and the bankers lamp I recently got at a yard sale. They brighten my day and make this colder month feel a bit warmer!

In my workspace, one item that stands out to me is a framed t-shirt passed down to me by a former ATI employee. This t-shirt holds deep meaning, as it was our very first Day of Service t-shirt, a day each October when our entire company comes together to volunteer and support organizations that help those in need.

The words 'Team ATI' are a daily reminder of our core values of camaraderie, teamwork, and the striving for excellence in everything we do. For me, it symbolizes more than just a piece of our company’s history, it’s a testament to how every effort, big or small, contributes to a bigger purpose, which is to help others and foster a supportive community.

Every time I glance at it, I feel a sense of motivation and creativity. It reminds me that my work isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to make an impact, to support our team, and to carry forward the spirit of service that defines ATI. It’s the heart of my workspace, and it inspires me every day.

Team ATI

Go Blue! I see that flag... Congrats on that big win over the weekend. I rep my alma mater (ASU) with a photo of Sparky on my desk.
