More recently I’ve found that always having ChatGPT and Gemini open as tabs on my screen makes work a lot faster. Time I used to spend trouble shooting something, or brainstorming, thinking of marketing copy, or researching is so much faster with the tools. I must get an hour a day back minimum just by making sure i have those resources at the ready and have already trained chats so that I get what I need asap. It’s also helped me keep on top of the ever changing landscape of Ai with new custom gpt and integrations with other tools like canva! So, have you’re preferred Ai tool open and at the ready and think about the tasks you’re doing, can you do them faster with some Ai assistance?
+1I love to hear that others are getting creative with the functionality of AI. It’s a massive time saver when doing repetitive tasks or to help keep momentum going throughout a long work day. I’ve found that using AI in my competitive reporting each quarter has boosted not only the understanding of my audience (execs, colleagues, etc.) but my own understanding as well.

So interesting to hear how other people are using these tools! I’ve been testing Gemini in my role and I find in the time it takes to figure out a prompt and iterate the result, I usually could have just done the task myself. Huge shout out to the Sprout AI Assist Alt Text tool though; it’s super accurate and has made adding alt text to posts a lot faster!
