My company doesn’t want to deal with it, even to claim our business name. The reason? You can’t delete a Threads account without deleting your Instagram account. Personally, I don’t see that as a deal killer (just go inactive if it doesn’t work out, at least no one else can claim your business name!). Would love to hear if and how others are using Threads!

That’s interesting, I wonder if this is a common issue with our members.

Here’s some recent Tech Crunch news that might help you out in your conversation with leadership - Threads now reaches more than 130 million monthly users. I read this morning that Meta is testing cross-posting from Instagram to Threads too.

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty in gaining Threads network approval within their company for the same reason, the connection with Instagram? 


That seems silly to me. When the API is released and you can easily schedule content - why would you not? Just to be relevant. And build back more links to your business.
