Canva whiteboard has been a game-changer for me. I am an “all the puzzle pieces out in front of me” type of person and the whiteboard has no limit. I feel like I don’t forget things and I genuinely get to have a mentality of “this can fit in this month...we should try this…and this connects to this.” Highly recommend!

One of my favorite tools is monday.com. It is my lifesaver!!! Not sure what I would do without it 😂

It’s a work management tool that my whole team uses to organize our tasks and projects. I have automations set up to create reoccurring tasks each month, track how long projects take so I can look back on them in the future, and more! I also love tracking my KPIs in monday and being able to visually see how close I am to hitting my goals. I would highly recommend monday to anyone who is looking for a better way to organize their tasks and projects.

Hands down Canva is the tool I use the most other than Sprout Social!

Looking forward to seeing any calendar planning tools others might use for planning social media out.

I also use the Social Media Calendar for schools from Finalsite it gives me some great ideas for posts. It comes out quarterly and is specifically for schools but I could see it being used for other purposes.

Agreed! I’m probably spending more time in Canva than in Sprout as well.

We use Trello for Project Management - it’s a great resource to know what other things I’m working on outside of social calendars and content.

And honestly, having a work phone separated from my personal phone to keep an eye on socials, gather content with, etc., is a game-changer.

I need to test out monday.com!

I have two: 1) Evernote. It has been my go-to note taking tool since college and I refuse to give it up! and 2) Canva. I am the team “educator” re: Sprout Social and anything related to social media, so having Canva in my pocket to create aesthetically pleasing decks, handouts, etc. has saved me so many headaches.

These features (duplication, and tracking how long it takes you to complete the tasks) sound awesome! We use Trello but I’ve been asked about Monday before. Sounds like a great tool!

I used to loooove Monday in my last role! It really kept me on task when I had a ton of different projects going on.

omg, having a separate work phone is seriously a life-changer

My favorite tool is my iPad. I love writing notes instead of typing and doing this on my iPad let’s me go back and search my notes, plus lets me color coordinate per client. It’s so much easier to organize and keep track of things across 10+ clients. Being able to have custom notebooks per client and custom pages per notebook is great for managing notes and to-do lists!

Would it be biased if I said Sprout was my favorite digital tool? 😉 But in all serious, outside of Sprout I can’t function everyday without Notion! It basically serves as a second social planning calendar for me, but I’m able to collaborate with my non-social team members. By using notion we’re able to see all of our work and how we can schedule emails, web articles and social posts efficiently.

Apart from Sprout Social and Canva, which are amazing tools that I use on a daily basis, Adobe Color’s accessibility tool is a go-to for testing color contrast in designs. Accessible Brand Colors by Use All Five is another great accessibility tool that I’ve been using as my organization is working towards a rebrand.

I had no idea Adobe suite had this! Thank you for this share!

Adobe Express has been a lifesaver to generate video subtitles! Super easy to use and it’s usually accurate.

I love that! Another recent Adobe tool that’s become a go to favorite is the de-noise solution on lightroom. It has saved my photo editing work time!

Cap Cut is definitely underrated! It’s so helpful for editing and finding templates for videos.

Honestly Sprout Social has been the biggest game changer for me this year since I advocated for our team to start using it. I spend a significant amount of my time on content planning and social media management for two organizations, and Sprout saves so much time since I can almost always schedule all my content in one spot. Also, I didn’t realize how many tags/mentions I was missing because of Meta’s glitchy notifications, so the smart inbox tool has been incredibly helpful as well.

Same here! I was using Meta before but Sprout has been insanely helpful!!

Canva’s new AI tools have been a HUGE game-changer! The Magic Eraser and Background Remover are so helpful. Haven’t had a chance to use the Whiteboard tool yet; I’ll have to check it out.

Hands down Sprout is my most used. It makes managing multiple client calendars seamless and simple.

I am addicted to ChatGPT - I just had it write two different ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’ poems for two different audiences. I even asked how to make it even more personalized and it gave me ideas and then did the rewrite for me until it was perfect. It is my go-to starter when I am just not feeling creative.

Monday.com!! I know other people have mentioned their project management systems, but I live by Monday. It organizes our content calendar, my meeting notes, my task list, and other projects that need to be done. There’s been a few times where it goes down and I truly don’t know what to do without it.

I loveeee Monday!!

CapCut is awesome! One of my favorite features is their caption generator 😊
