Hey Social Media Managers!

 

I’m looking to have brand sentiment be my team’s umbrella OKR for FY23.

 

I’m leaning this way because it can nicely support my team’s tactical plans and programs as well as other department initiatives. 

 

I’m interested to learn your POV on brand sentiment and how your using it from a reporting and measurement standpoint.

@Kalee.Williams Hope you get some other responses here, but wanted to share how I personally use it! Typically, we share sentiment around product launches and to support PR initiatives. 

For example, when we announced a new partnership, we used it to better understand consumer response and provide out leadership team with timely updates to understand how folks were perceiving the change.
