All new to me was just put in charge of our company's social media I am looking to learn all I can.

 

I think there’s really nothing more important than brand communities, considering it’s such a boost to organic and UGC content. It has the potential to take some of the weight off the SMM and “outsource” be it for content, engagement concerns, etc.

The different ways to grow a brand and how it changes depending on the brand.

I’m interested in how brand communities can feel authentic (not manufactured or fake) and better connect people to the brand. How can a brand community serve the audience and still meet the goals of the brand? 

Figuring out what we can give back to our loyal followers in return so that we can continue to keep them engaged.

We want to get a brand community started!

How to check in with them on how we are doing engaging with our community and getting them to share their experiences with us.

The ability to create an engaged audience of likeminded individuals that could lead to a cult product (i’m in the skincare industry! It really supports brand loyalty and is a huge way for me to support social/marketing through UGC that we collate through our community - Amy

As a Community Management Specialist for my company, it’s very important that I have all the resources to connect better with our customers and audience to create meaningful conversations. It’s also helpful to understand their needs and likes to help us craft better content that resonates with them in a genuine way. 

All about keeping social media social and brand communities is a way to keep an open and authentic connection! 

I believe a brand community is what helps a brand and company thrive, when they have an authentic relationship with their audience, knowing what they want, genuinely listening to them, and makes your brand feel trusted and personable. 

Brand communities can send your brand to the next level without paying a million dollars to do so. By just communicating with your community by answering questions, being thought leaders, creating conversations, you can become the brand they think of first! Nurturing that in the best way and making sure I have the best tools to do that is the most interesting things! 

How to get customers to join these communities and be active.

As a social media manager, I'm fascinated by brand communities because they offer opportunities to foster customer engagement, amplify brand advocacy, and gather valuable insights directly from passionate and loyal customers.
