Hi there, I run accounts for a well know university in the UK with lots of press that I believe is definitely worthy of the check mark, but keep getting declined. Does anyone have any idea why, and any advice on what I can do?Thanks a million 🤗

I have started scheduling stories for Instagram and sometimes Facebook. I noticed when I post, no documented content stays in the Sprout calendar. I assume any data that results from posting to stories is lost in Sprout? Assuming this is correct, I must now natively collect data from Instagram and Facebook?Just looking for a confirmation. Could be beneficial for Sprout to negotiate some way to track social story data as well. Thanks! -Riana

Good morning all -We are an athletic club located in Greenwood Village, Denver, Colorado and are curious as to how other teams are approaching the topic of having a Business Account or Creator Account when it comes to social media, Instagram specifically. As we move in to the space of creating more video driven content such as Reels, the limited song/sound library for a business account seems to minimize our potential reach within the platform. How are other teams pivoting or working around this that are using business accounts? Is it worth the switch just for the reach potential? Hi! We recently had a few of our Google My Business profiles suspended. We haven’t made any changes, so I’m not sure why they got suspended. In order to submit a ticket to Google for any type of help or reconsideration, you must include the profile URL. However, the profile URL is unavailable on suspended accounts. So I’m stuck, unable to get any help on this. Has anyone experienced this before or have any advice? Thanks!

Hi everyone!For those who are actively social monitoring, when a commenter tags another in their comment, do you respond to those comments? I’m fairly new in the monitoring realm of social (previously was working heavily in content creation, not monitoring) so I’d love to hear some insights. Hi all, I work for an NGO and recently had our Twitter ads account made ineligible to run ads as I posted an advert warning civilians of explosives in Ukraine but this has flagged up as inappropriate.  I’ve been in touch with Twitter Ads support, who said if I remove the violating content then they will review and unblock the account so I’ve deleted the ad that has been flagged on the account and asked them to review but the same standard email ‘please remove the violating content and we will review’ keeps coming back. I haven’t run any other ads for a while before so it definitely is this one advert that is flagging on the system. Anyone able to offer any other advice??

Hey everyone!  I wanted to crowdsource some insights for the age-old battle to illustrate the true ROI of social when it comes to conversions:  I’ve worked with several teams/individuals who struggles to illustrate true ROI of social efforts to leadership as their leadership is fixated on the bottom of the proverbial marketing funnel (actual conversions) as opposed to the top (where social is dumping the leads to begin with). Between the two points there seems to be a decent amount of attrition/factors that the social team cannot control and that are more on the website side.  I would love to see if any others are running into this challenge and get any insights from the Community on how best to tackle this issue and get leadership to focus more on the top of the funnel!  Thanks!

With the rise of TikTok and Instagram Reels, social media video is at the forefront of marketing discussions. But what is the best way to prove efficacy of these assets? Curious to hear what marketers are tracking and reporting out on for social video to show its impact on business goals!

There’s no built in mechanism for A-B testing on Instagram so I’d love to hear how others have approached testing on this platform. For my use case, I’m interested in figuring out how to identify the hashtags that connect us with the right audiences and create new followers. We’ve been trying with different hashtags but are finding it difficult it differentiate between when a post was simply great vs. when the right hashtags were utilized.
