LinkedIn profile badges, anyone?

Not sure if I have the right terminology here! I work for a member organisation. I’ve been asked to look into whether we can create some kind of digital badge or certificate for our members to add to their LinkedIn profiles. Wondered if anyone had any advice in this area please - my rudimentary google searches haven’t come up with the goods… thank you, Karen

Infuriating! Level One Support

Infuriating !! Level One Support should never disconnect a profile before asking permission!!! My suggestion is that Level One Support should NEVER take these sorts of initiatives. I have a minor issue. Ask support for advice. And on a Saturday morning OVER A WEEK AFTER ASKING THE QUESTION - I get this email.The problem being that I was not the Admin who connected this profile and that Admin is away this weekend!! So my profile is disconnected from Sprout thanks to a lazy inexperienced level one support person. From Support: “It looks like your profile may need to have its permissions refreshed. I've just prompted this profile for reconnection on my end. Do you mind refreshing your page and then clicking the notification icon in the right-hand corner of Sprout? From there you'll want to follow the prompt to reconnect your profile under the "Issues" tab.”

Question: Global Social Strategy

Hi there! I’m thrilled to be a member of this community! I’m looking for some advice regarding global social content strategy. Our company has recently acquired a company in the U.K., making us global. When looking at content calendars, how do you decide which holidays or celebrations to feature on social media? Our leadership wants to move forward with creating content for U.S.-only holidays (think 4th of July or Memorial Day). These are either celebrated on different days or not celebrated at all in the U.K. We believe we either need to be focused on both regions or none at all - as it might ignore a large portion of our employee base. How do we find a happy medium? Move forward with global or international-focused holidays?
