I keep reading that the trend will be that companies will hyperfocus their channels and not be “everywhere”. My hunch is that the easy one to discontinue is Twitter/X, but will you stop others? Have you left already?How has your experience been @sarah.root after leaving (posted on @sara.costello’s feed about X)? Has it improved your brand’s efforts, after losing potential exposure?

Hello! I’m curious how your different organizations deal with trolls and hostile comments, specifically on X where the environment has become more volatile. I’m referring less to the one-off negative comment that we’ve just ignored and not engaged with and more to the pile-on behavior of dozens of accounts. We had a situation recently where one of our posts (which we’ve shared before) got picked up and retweeted by an account that caused a slew of 100+ negative comments, retweets, and just general misinformation. We typically don’t engage with these accounts and very rarely do we block accounts because of how it might reflect on us as an organization to silence comments or limit access to our account (and not to mention ignite more hostility). But this recent example of troll behavior has us rethinking our approach and if it’s worth exploring more proactive strategies to limit the toxicity and prevent future troll behavior directed at our account.Has anyone had similar

Hello can someone help to get my Facebook Page verified?We have tried 3 times but have been rejected without any reason. We've had a number of fake accounts set up in our name so we want to get verified asap as our customers are being asked to share their personal details.The issue I think is that we were set up by the UK government and do not have any articles of incorporation, only the Order and Rules that were issued in the Pensions Act 2008, which we have supplied. Any thoughts how we can get verified?And we don’t have a FB Account Manager as we don’t advertise enough.ThanksLisa

Hello! Just checked my Instagram DMs for the umpteenth time today to discover that our grid suddenly no longer features squares and that all photos have been converted to portrait size. Has anyone else experienced this yet, or could I just be in testing? I feel like I would’ve seen that this change was coming…

In a presentation today, I heard an opinion that Twitter/X remains popular among life science/biotech/pharma news consumption/discussion (esp. VCs focus on X!). I'm curious to know what the hive here thinks!

We’ve been building our influencer management campaigns and approaches as we launch them (building the plane while we fly it, etc etc). I would love to pick someone’s brain who’s been here, maybe a little further along in the process, get tips and lessons learned - and I would totally virtually buy you a coffee! I’m specifically in SaaS, so that would be a bonus. 

Okay, I hope I don’t sound crazy and this is a good place, but, over the past few weeks, I have noticed a lot of extra spam coming into the social media channels for my company. It’s mostly in two forms. On Facebook: I either get something in Messenger or a wall post from an account posing to be some sort of Meta authority figure claiming the page will be permanently deleted for violating some sort of guidelines and I can request a review by clicking their sketchy link (Obviously I know it is a scam) Here is an example:    On X: I get MULTIPLE tags for these spamming crypto bots somehow. They don’t seem to end and come in a lot. They’re also tagged with a bunch of other random accounts, so I’m simply not sure how my company’s account is picked. Here is what those look lik

One of my employees is having trouble getting logged in to one of our Instagram pages. She keeps getting this error message:   She can not find it in the Account Center. Any advice? 

Instagram recently made changes to the algorithm. The one that we’re curious about is asking for engagement and downgrading reach. Does anyone know if you get downgraded for just “Comment below”, or will questions like “What is your favorite book?” or “What are you reading today?” also downgrade reach?

Hi All!Looking for some help / guidance- Currently our agency manages 300+ client Instagram accounts. A crucial part of our business is posting Stories and Reels on a regular basis. However, the biggest hurdles we’re facing is trying to login to multiple IG accounts daily. The same person can't always log in to every single client account to post, plus when a new client onboards we need to login. We have always run into issues but have been able to navigate the issues. Recently, a large number of us have been blocked when trying to login to accounts we have logged into before / when we get new accounts. I'm hoping someone here has experience managing a large number of social media accounts, particularly on Instagram to see how you’ve been combatting the login issues. Any info is appreciated! :) 

Hi All -  I have a client who is wondering what the best practices are for having/using a parent company LinkedIn when the bigger brand is part of the parent company. Does any one have any strategy resources on something like this? Which should be prioritized, are there structural recommendations to be made (should employees be employees the parent company or the bigger brand page?)  Thank you! 

Good Morning, My agency just took on a non-profit client. I’ve been asked in donation request posts perform well on LinkedIn. This is my first time doing full service for a non-profit so I don’t have any personal experience to answer this question. I’m also not finding much feedback on this online from reliable sources. Therefore, for my peers in the non-profit industry. Have you ever made donation requests on LinkedIn and what were your results. My thought process would be to design a corporate sponsorship program with them and create a landing page with the different tiers. Then post about about this program on LinkedIn. But I don’t think posting a “Donate Today” post would perform well. I could be mistaken though. 

Hi all! I’m researching media monitoring tools to capture mentions of our company on websites, news stations, etc. We currently use Mention, but it is limited in what it pools. Would anyone have a suggestion/recommendation? OR is anyone a Mention expert who could assist in analyzing my company’s account for feedback? 

Hey everyone! This is my first post through the Arb so hopefully I do this right :)My company is in the process of deleting our current Facebook account and starting a new one (long story.) Ideally, we would have each person with admin permissions set up an individual page for themselves using their “@upgrade” email address, and then that page would be the one with admin permissions (as opposed to giving admin permissions to each person’s everyday page that they already use frequently.) We mainly want to do this for cybersecurity reasons.Has anyone tried this method before? Did it work? Did you run into any problems with Facebook, getting flagged, or anything of that nature? We’ve gone the rounds with Facebook a few times over a few different issues and their support team has been less than helpful, so we want to avoid doing anything that could get our page compromised or restricted in any way since we’re not confident in Facebook’s ability to fix problems.

Hello all! Does anyone have any platforms or recommendations on process to manage online map listings (Google, Bing, Apple, Waze)? My company is opening training centers in specific regions, but they aren’t staffed like our corporate office is. I’m having trouble getting the listings approved since there isn’t a dedicated phone number and all the mail forwards to one address.

Hi agency & freelancer folks, curious if anyone has multiple accounts to help manage LinkedIn. I’m finding that all of my client-related notifications are going to my personal email instead of my company email. I was hoping setting up a LinkedIn Business Manager for my agency would help solve this, but it unfortunately has not. If you manage multiple clients, how do you handle LinkedIn accounts?

Our company was split into 2 different companies due to a recent acquisition. These are now company X and company Y. Both companies want to keep the meta pixel once created for the website, but now each company will have their own new and individual website and want to keep/use the same pixel. Now knowing the pixel has to remain on the business page it originated on and cannot move, what are the options here? Can company X give access to the pixel to Company Y and how will that effect data, etc? 

I was watching a recent webinar on Threads but had to leave early. Is there a way to rewatch a webinar? I can’t seem to find it and didn’t get any emails after the event to watch a recording.  Thanks!
