Kia ora (Hello). We are based in the Northland region of Aotearoa (New Zealand). We have a population of about 194,007.I actually have a few questions please:Given our population size, should we use detailed targeting? Meta recommends only using for populations of more than 2 million 😅 Is there a risk of running multiple ads at the same time, targeted at the Northland region? Is it best for us to try customise our target audiences based on our website traffic?Thank you. 

Kia ora from Aotearoa (New Zealand).We are a local government organisation in the Northland region and are of the opinion that our type of messaging/content will not cut through the noise or resonate with our communities during the busy summer periods (December - January) and it’s best we keep our distribution low key. My question is - are we wrong? Our messages are generally shaped around rules and regulations e.g. Check the shipping calendar before heading out on the water, Check it’s safe swim before diving in (water quality), Help protect our environment this summer by XXXX. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

These metrics are a result of auto-posting content across ~560 Facebook Pages, YoY. I understand engagements, impressions, and reactions increased because we included more Facebook Pages in our auto-posting throughout the year, which is why I wanted to pull in the average impressions/post, average reach/post, average engagements/post. I am confused on how average engagement rate per reach would increase despite other averages declining?  What might this mean?

With Google (in theory) phasing out third-party cookies on Chrome next year and the impact this may have on Meta’s pixel - is your organisation looking to set up their Conversions API? Or are the costs for setting up server-side tracking prohibitive for you? Have you read any helpful articles on this topic?

I work in Higher Ed and when I compare last year’s metrics to this year’s it shows that our Engagement per impressions is up, but our overall engagement is down. This is consistent across all our platforms. Why would this be? Thanks!

Can someone share the best process of doing a LIVE on TikTok with 2 influencers? Do I do it with a 3rd party app or do I invite them via TikTok?  Also do I need to have a Business Account?

Does anyone have a contact at TikTok or have you run into this issue before? I recently started working at a university and something happened with their TikTok account where you can’t find it via search. When searching our university name/TikTok username (Washburn University), the “You’re not alone” page comes up instead of results. There’s no way to bypass the page. Obviously this sucks because it makes it extra hard for students to find our account. I tried submitting a support ticket, but it got me nowhere. Our account is in good standing, so it’s unclear why search results for our university are being filtered like this. I would really appreciate any insight or help!

Hi all,  previously we used twitter / x business manager to manage multiple client twitter accounts access - it looks like this feature no longer exists and, best practise with sprout is to have separate logins for each customer - is that best practise across agencies and implementations in terms of scalable access or is there another Meta / Google Ads style business manager function that we should look to implement?

Okay video marketers, how are we getting macro views of how our boosted Instagram reels are performing? I’m finding that the video plays and engagement data I get for an Instagram Reel in Sprout does not account for ad center watches. For example, if I look at the last 6 months in Sprout, it shows only 2,869 video views on our Instagram. When I look natively on Instagram, I can see that one individual reel has 9,224 plays. (In “Insights” I can see that this individual reel has 9,224 plays and 5,852 Reach) Yes, this includes boosting of this video. So what I’m trying to figure out is, how to I look globally at my video campaigns and see how they’re doing and set benchmarks when I have to individually go into each video and note the data natively in IG, and usually from my phone?! Am I missing a better way to do this? Is anyone having any luck with gaining competitor insights on LinkedIn? They recently closed their API to third party social tools. I work at an agency and I’m wondering how you approach LinkedIn data during the audit phase.  I’d like to benchmark my client against other similar orgs.

Hello everyone!Does anyone know if there is a way to download my LinkedIn Company Page's followers into an Excel document that includes their names, company name, etc. Our BD/Sales team was looking to use this list for their activities and I want to be able to use this data to show our people that they should be posting to their own connections and not relying on the company posts to do all of the heavy lifting.I believe there was a way in Sales Navigator to download this data, but my company no longer is using Sales Navigator. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

My team is trying to figure out the best way to collect total Reels views for Instagram and Facebook for reports. Sprout only gives first plays which is not what my leaders want to see. For us the difference between first plays and total views (what the native app says) are literally millions. I was wondering if anyone has found a good tool for pulling this data outside of Meta Business Suite?

Hi! I work for a well established brand in New Zealand that also operates in Australia and South East Asia. Today our Australian page/ad account has been permanently banned for violating advertising policies. We didn’t actually violate any policies, Facebook just changed the status of every ad since the account was launched in 2016 to rejected so we appear to have 1000+ violations. Previously they have incorrectly classed our account as “political” because we are an eco brand that posts about sustainability. This only happens to our Australian account not our NZ account. I have tried a review however of course with every  ad ever created being rejected we didn’t pass the review. Has anyone been able to get their ad restrictions lifted after being permanently disabled?  Facebook support is unhelpful and our account manager doesn’t ever reply to my emails. Any advice appreciated! 

Has anyone else noticed a drop in link clicks to external websites across Facebook and LinkedIn this year? Have you pivoted your strategy to keeping people on platform as opposed to driving to your website?

Has anyone experienced a drop in engagements and impressions these past few months? We went from seeing consistent impressions and engagements to a dramatic loss in the last few months with no real understanding as to why this might be. The same goes for Facebook followers, as we’ve been seeing a loss rather than growth in the same timespan.

Just this week, all our scheduled posts since Friday failed even though all our social media accounts are connected to Sprout. I tried to reach out to Sprout Support Center but I still haven’t received any reply until now. This is really affecting our social media performance. Anyone care to help?
