Help uploading my Arboretum avatar photo

On the profile page, when I try to change my avatar, it says “Upload an image that is exactly 90x90 pixels and no larger than 5 MB.”I’m using a Mac and when I adjust the size, I can make it fewer than 5 MB, but it only gives options that are more than 90X90 pixels. Help?
