I created a ranking filter on Effect House using a preset template and all looked well on the backend. When the effect was approved and added to TikTok I now have a random magenta image that rotates through the choices even when I go to the back end and there are no errors/I don’t see the magenta block anywhere.Also, the filter is the “rank 10” effect and I have 26 images to choose from but in the published effect it only ever gives you the options of the same 10 pictures and doesn’t rotate through all 26. Does anyone have any experience with Effect House who can help? I have contacted TiKTok/Effect House and looked at all the help articles and videos online but nothing is helping.

Hi there! I just got a new laptop (Dell) and it’s having issues with Adobe Premiere Rush - it crashes as soon as try to start a new project and add files. Of course, this is a major drawback since video content is the new favorite format!Has anyone else encountered this crash issue, and have any solutions?Otherwise, I’d love to collect alternative video editing software here in one list!

My company recently went live on Instagram with one of our influential collaborators to boost end of season sales. Unfortunately for the duration of the live it would not show that she was live with us so we completely missed her audience.  She is not on private and has no settings on to prevent her from showing she’s live with someone else. Does anyone know why this may have happened?  

Has anyone ever worked on removing business Facebook pages for a large company with multiple store/service/business locations and centralizing brand presence on the platform to just the national brand page? I have done this previously in past businesses (though we offered the opportunity to move to a different singular platform with organic growth capability), but I have a colleague who is looking to learn if any other businesses have done this to better support their stance to their teams, and their situation is slightly different.They have about 300 Facebook business accounts that have been dormant for a while, so they are considering working with their teams to sunset those pages. I’m the social media manager for a community bank that spans across Louisiana and Texas. Currently on our Instagram page, we put the majority of our pictures in branded frames. It’s just a kneejerk reaction from when the bank was smaller and needed to boost the brand recognition. Now that we’re a little larger, I’m not so sure it moves the needle at all and just clutters the feed. Does anyone have any insights about the use of branded frames on Instagram and whether or not they are actually helpful?

I’m currently trying to show the importance of consistent branding across social media to others within my organization. Does anyone have any examples of brands they think do a great job at this, does your brand do this well, or do you have any talk tracks or points that could help me emphasize the importance of this to others? 

I have multiple Facebook groups that I have to post to at least for a few more months until we have a more centralized private method. Anyone have any thoughts on doing this more efficiently? I was so very hopeful that this function would be available on Sprout but it seems Facebook has quashed it for everyone! It is my biggest pain point right now.

Meta recommends only using for populations of more than 2 million 😅 Is there a risk of running multiple ads at the same time, targeted at the Northland region? Kia ora from Aotearoa (New Zealand).We are a local government organisation in the Northland region and are of the opinion that our type of messaging/content will not cut through the noise or resonate with our communities during the busy summer periods (December - January) and it’s best we keep our distribution low key. My question is - are we wrong? Our messages are generally shaped around rules and regulations e.g. Check the shipping calendar before heading out on the water, Check it’s safe swim before diving in (water quality), Help protect our environment this summer by XXXX. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Can someone share the best process of doing a LIVE on TikTok with 2 influencers? Do I do it with a 3rd party app or do I invite them via TikTok?  Also do I need to have a Business Account?

I’ve noticed a number of leading accounts in my sector (UK - charity) stopping using hashtags on their Instagram posts in recent months. Is this a change other people are seeing too? Are we seeing the role of hashtags changing? 

Does anyone have a contact at TikTok or have you run into this issue before? I recently started working at a university and something happened with their TikTok account where you can’t find it via search. When searching our university name/TikTok username (Washburn University), the “You’re not alone” page comes up instead of results. There’s no way to bypass the page. Obviously this sucks because it makes it extra hard for students to find our account. I tried submitting a support ticket, but it got me nowhere. Our account is in good standing, so it’s unclear why search results for our university are being filtered like this. I would really appreciate any insight or help!

Hi! I work for a well established brand in New Zealand that also operates in Australia and South East Asia. Today our Australian page/ad account has been permanently banned for violating advertising policies. We didn’t actually violate any policies, Facebook just changed the status of every ad since the account was launched in 2016 to rejected so we appear to have 1000+ violations. Previously they have incorrectly classed our account as “political” because we are an eco brand that posts about sustainability. This only happens to our Australian account not our NZ account. I have tried a review however of course with every  ad ever created being rejected we didn’t pass the review. Has anyone been able to get their ad restrictions lifted after being permanently disabled?  Facebook support is unhelpful and our account manager doesn’t ever reply to my emails. Any advice appreciated! 

Anyone else having issues with Facebook ads keep changing their targeting locations to their entire United States. I select my cities and radius and I submit the ads but after I hit submit it changes the targeting to the entire united states. This has happened across multiple clients for me.

I’ve been asked to takeover an executive leader’s personal LinkedIn account and frankly trying to nail down a process has my brain spinning in circles.TLDR; How do you manage your executive’s personal LinkedIn presence?We're posting 2 times a week, mostly sharing corporate posts or third party articles with 'his' own thoughts. My thought was to add the profile to Sprout, where I can use the approval workflows to schedule content and get the appropriate edits/comments/whatever. Hi all,I was wondering if anyone could help me understand the workarounds to not having access to Instagram audios with a Business Account? Our organization uses a third-party scheduling app, (Sprout Social), and I read that Creator Accounts that give you access to these audios cannot use third-party scheduling apps. Any suggestions? This is a conundrum for us. But it would sure be nice to be able to BOTH use trending audio and schedule with Sprout.

We've had a few departments express interest in creating their own Instagram profiles, separate from our main college account.While we understand their desire for targeted communication, we're concerned about maintaining a cohesive brand, managing content effectively, and ensuring consistent engagement. What do you do in similar situations? I understand the appeal of wanting to reach everyone, but it’s always the same conversation. “Let's dive deeper. Who specifically are you trying to connect with?” Different demographics, interests, and needs can greatly influence social media strategy. For example, most of my clients are federal agencies in the public health sector. The target audience plays a crucial role in shaping the messaging and outreach strategies. For some reason, this concept doesn't seem to resonate with clients.
